• Due to my technical background, I pivoted to Digital Services/Virtual events over the summer of the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. I manage the online platform for virtual and hybrid meetings. This involves pre-event development, post event reporting, and agility during the event to make changes and additions on the platform, on the fly, while also managing participant views, polling, monitoring live streams, etc.
